"I personally would never recommend State Farm as an organization or the Moorhead office. The claims agents deny claims without ever sending anyone to look at the issues and the staff in the office are not on the side of the customer's (see attached photo). They claimed "wear and tear" on a single incident damage; sight unseen. For a different basement flood, with flood coverage, even after submitting significant documentation and photos, it was never even partially paid. Nick in the Moorhead office is at the very least less then helpful! Definitely concerned about the bottom line, not the customer. Hopefully this insight helps the next person avoid headaches and a less then supportive insurance agency in the Fargo/Moorhead area."
